• Practices in violation of precautionary measures and preventive measures

    Greeting,

    Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards and informs you that it has received the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (42103470) and dated (08/29/1442), indicating that the Council received the following letter from the Ministry of Commerce No. (17493) dated (08/26/1442),​ based on their letter No. (05260) and the date (22/3/1441), which includes the telegram of His Royal Highness the Minister of Interior No. (32780) and the date (2/18/1442), in which the Royal Decree No. (66875) and the date (12/14 / 1442), regarding the tasks of each entity, according to the geographical area, in addition to its subsidiaries or under its supervision, with the tasks of controlling violations and imposing penalties on its violators. Inside and outside the official working hours against those who commit any of those violations, whether they are employees of the organization or those within its scope following the royal decree referred to above, as the Ministry has observed through its rounds of monitoring some practices that violate the precautionary and preventive measures, and in implementation of the directives in In this regard, by working to control violations committed by private sector establishments that fall under the supervision of the Ministry, the Ministry affirms that commercial establishments adhere to controls, precautionary measures, and preventive measures, and stresses the following:

    Preventing any practices that cause crowding of customers inside or outside commercial establishments.
    Preventing the holding of commercial competitions that require attendance.
    Banning store and market opening ceremonies.
    Banning inviting of "celebrities and advertisers" to commercial establishments.
    Preventing the events of launching new products or services at the establishments​
